This along with 1-1 advice, access to our career platform including premium eLearning , QuickByte videos, and webinars will ensure your people are job ready quickly.
ALL INCLUSIVE
Comprehensive, personalised, high-touch
Everything a job changer could need is included. Choose between 3, 6 and 9 months and your people will receive unlimited access to a Career Concierge, a professionally written CV and LinkedIn profile, 1-2-1 targeted career coaching, on-demand support, and resources, as well as tablet. It is a high touch outplacement service with plenty of added value.

Bespoke, senior level, extensive
Outplacement at the most senior level is less about speed and more about taking time to make the right decisions and land the right role. It is about having the right advice from the right people. Alongside our core outplacement service, we curate a hand-picked coaching team tailored to your executive’s specific objectives, whether it is another corporate role or a portfolio career.

How much does it cost?

Where are your offices?
We have been a fully remote working company since 2017. Our coaches meet delegates remotely or in a location that is convenient to each delegate.
Can coaching sessions be run remotely?
All our outplacement services can be run remotely, in fact we positively encourage it as it means we can link our delegates with the best coach for them, regardless of location.
Can you run workshops onsite?

Can you help delegates outside of Ireland?
The simple answer is yes. We have been offering outplacement services across the UK for over 25 yeas and through our Arbora patners we can offer outplacement services worldwide. If you have a need outside of Ireland please do get in touch.
What part of the country do you cover?
We cover the whole of Ireland, with many of our delegates and coaches meeting remotely we’re able to offer the best coach for each delegate, not just partnering them with the one that lives the closest.
Can I create a bespoke programme?
The simple answer is yes. We strongly believe that one size doesn’t fit all and while we have our core portfolio of outplacmeent services we are happy to create a bespoke programme for you and your staff. Get in touch and we’d be happy to talk through your options.
