Reward & Recognition Course Overview
How you reward your staff is more than just about how, and what you pay them. At the end of this session delegates will have gained an understanding of different reward models and how to assess which is the right one for your business. How to create a strong link between reward and individual contribution, plus, cover key areas such as pay rises, fixed versus variable pay and discuss non-cash incentives and how they can be used to incentivise staff.
Our reward training sessions can be run wherever is most suitable for you and your team, whether that’s onsite, at an external venue or hosted as a remote online session. The flexibility is there to fit it around you and your needs.
This workshop can be run in one of three ways. As a half or full-day standalone session, combined with our other courses to create a full management training programme or as a short, condensed 2-hour speaker session.
