ABOUT OUR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING

What defines high performance? Is it just about achieving targets? Delegates will explore that and much more on our performance management training module.

Life tells us that results in isolation often aren’t enough. It matters how those results are achieved. We believe firmly that performance is two dimensional, the what and the how. On our Performance Management Training courses we help organisations to explore the balance of those two dimensions and how they define your own performance culture.

We go on to explore how your performance culture follows through into a wide range of critical talent management processes ranging from reward to development and succession planning.

Performance Management Course Overview

Our performance management training courses are designed to help leaders re-define what constitutes high performance in their own organisation. They explore how outcomes (the what) and behaviours (the how) come together to create a brand signature for the organisation.

During the performance management training course we will explore the concept of A, B and C players and how they contribute to organisational performance. That includes the time paradox – how as leaders we seem to spend our time dealing with poor performers rather than investing it in the top performers who would benefit most from our coaching and mentoring.

We’ll look at how leaders can use performance management data and the implications of their decisions on a wide range of people management processes. For example, does your bonus or commission scheme reflect your definition of high performance? Is there a price to pay for achieving results in ways that damage organisational reputation or negatively impact on colleagues?

All attendees will leave the course confident in their ability to implement a performance management process that is culturally appropriate to the organisation, and which integrates into the wider talent management process.

This module will help people managers of all levels to understand the different motivators within their business and how they can more effectively motivate and manage the performance of their individual teams.

The Chiumento Culture Matrix

During our performance management training we look in depth at the Chiumento Culture Matrix.
